10月19日下午4点半钟左右，盐城交警支队高速二大队接到过路司机报警称，在沈海高速由南向北距离射阳收费站两公里左右的快车道里，有一辆电瓶自行车在逆向行驶，过往车辆纷纷避让，非常的危险，请求高速交警赶快来人处置，及时消除安全隐患。
